In the 50s

Maybe you don't fit into the organization anymore,

or your salary is too high,

or your new boss doesn't like you.

However, you should be more convinced that,

in the 50s, any human being

is free and perfectly capable of many more adventures.

In my 50s, I became a dad.

In my 50s, I was fired.

In my 50s, I moved to another country.

In my 50s, I started a business.

Now in my 60s, I still realize that being happy has no age.

Do not put barriers and hire candidates in their 50s. They are indeed happy people who raise much more than the average age.
