Like a Swiss watch

Dear HR responsible:

Many of you shared with me one of the more complex issues in your companies: the management team’s (MT) human relationship.

After your successful hiring and right education, you certainly expect to achieve a brilliant, professional and effective group of managers. You’re right, although this approach is not entirely complete. If I may, I would add a reliable MT based on a trustworthy and harmonious relationship among its members.

It’s like a Swiss watch: quality, synchronicity and reliability.

Two key elements (knowledge & skills) are required to develop a professional team. However, you need the third force (attitude) to reach a strong MT. Strong teams are identified and described by high levels of trust.

In addition, you know how essential the leaders’ behavior is for the rest of employees which look at them as a morning mirror effect (you like or dislike). So, building trust is a priority in your MT.

I know that 100% of interpersonal trust does not exist. Most trusty population is in countries like Switzerland and China, which ‘trust indicators’ are around 60%-70%.

Have you ever ask yourself, what level of a trustworthy and harmonious relationship has your MT?

As you well know, building trust in teams is always welcome and an effective short-term practice. Then, how do we achieve it? Actually, it begins with you, as an active member. Test your degree of empathy with others (start with those are not on your friends list) and challenge yourself.

Slowly but surely, an amazing and positive cascade effect will be generated. An excellent MT relationship brings automatically implication, prosperity and joy to the rest of people in the organizations.

Don’t doubt! Invest on attitude changes and built trust within your community.
